How it works…

  1. Place Your Order
    Visit our website and place your order for a custom yard card! Choose your design and let us know the details about the occasion.

  2. Complete the Questionnaire
    After placing your order, you'll be prompted to fill out a brief questionnaire. This is where you provide the name of the person being celebrated and other important details. We want to make sure we personalize everything to make your event extra special!

  3. We Reach Out to You
    Once we have your order and answers, we'll reach out via text to confirm the details. If you're planning a surprise, please make sure you don't provide the phone number of the person being celebrated!

  4. Confirmation & Timing Details
    We’ll clarify exactly what will arrive, the date, and the time we’ll be delivering your yard card. For a surprise, remember to silence your pets between 9-10 PM! We aim to arrive at night (around 9-10 PM) and set up your yard card covertly—just like Navy Seals.

  5. On the Way
    We'll send a text when we’re on our way to ensure you're prepared.

  6. Photo After Installation
    Even if it's late at night, we’ll take a photo of the yard card after it's installed, so you have a keepsake of the setup.

  7. Rental Duration & Pickup

    • 7-Day Rentals: Your yard card stays up for 7 days, with pickup scheduled between 6-10 PM on the 7th day.

    • 2-Day Rentals: Your yard card stays up for 2 full daytime periods, and pickup will occur within 48 hours, between 6-10 PM on the 2nd day.

    • 1-Day Rentals: We drop off your yard card the night before and pick it up the next night between 6-10 PM.
